I’ve always had an energetic and competitive personality and as I grew older this developed into a more entrepreneurial mindset. Having setup a few small businesses I began my recruitment career which saw me progress quickly through the ranks.
When I founded Prince Resourcing, we focused on sales and marketing recruitment. As the business evolved, we recognised a bigger opportunity within the IT Channel and made the decision to specialise. Today, we work exclusively with MSPs, VARs, vendors, distributors and technology partners across the UK, helping them build high-performing commercial teams.
Making the move into a niche market meant learning the technology, understanding the Channel and building genuine relationships. Whether it’s finding an Account Director, Sales Leader or the SDR who somehow enjoys making 100 calls before lunch, we’ve developed a reputation for understanding what great talent looks like and where to find it.
The transition has transformed Prince Resourcing into a trusted recruitment partner within the IT Channel. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves too much, believing the best partnerships are built on honesty, expertise and the occasional laugh along the way.
I have spent the last 8 years in recruitment, with all 8 of those focused on IT Sales recruitment. After working with Harry for a number of years, we made the decision to re-launch Prince, focusing on our niche within the IT Channel.
We are building the go-to partner for both commercial and technical hires within IT Service and Solution Providers.
I spent my early career working in hospitality and worked my way up the ranks, I have always been a people person and I was offered an opportunity to try something different, I haven’t looked back since!
In my spare time, I am an avid football fan, following my boyhood club, Brentford (For all my sins!)
I entered the world of sales after leaving school. Starting out in telesales for a commercial finance brokerage. Later being promoted to a BDM and being given a company car, big win at 21 years old. This sadly ended after 3 years with the business with the Coronavirus pandemic. After that, I found a new role in Property Receivership. However, I wanted back into the world of sales and found myself at the doors of the recruitment industry, with Prince Resourcing. I spent 2 years with the company before briefly leaving to join a friend in his PropTech start up before making my return home to Prince earlier this year.
I got into recruitment following a recommendation from a friend. He was in the industry and had spoken with Prince himself. He advised that I would be a great fit given my affinity with talking to people. Also, at the end of the day, its sales, just selling people, so it made perfect sense to me.
Outside of work, I love sport. My summer is Cricket & Golf and I play rugby through the winter for Llanishen RFC where I am also the social secretary, a role I hold very proudly given my love for creamy pints.

I’ve been working in recruitment for over four and a half years, mainly supporting businesses across the UK and Europe with both permanent and contract hires. I’ve worked with companies across the public and private sectors, with my main focus being within IT and Sales.
If I’m being honest, I initially got into recruitment and sales because of the earning potential. I liked the idea that the more effort you put in and the better you perform, the more you can earn. Since getting into it, I’ve also found that I really enjoy solving people’s problems and building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Outside of work, there are four main things I spend my time doing: football, golf, going to the gym and going out for food. So if you don’t catch me scoring 90+6-minute winners, I’ll be either on the course searching for my ball in the bushes, out for food or in the gym.

We spend a huge part of our lives at work, so finding a role you genuinely enjoy can completely transform how you feel every day. That’s why I’m passionate about connecting talented people with opportunities where they can thrive. There’s nothing more rewarding than matching a candidate with a role they’re excited about and knowing I’ve played a part in changing their career
I train daily in the gym doing weight lifting. I try to travel as much as possible, my ultimate goal is to travel route 66 in America.

Having a background in insurance, I worked in the customer loyalty department, where I developed my sales skills and gained valuable experience in effectively pitching to clients.
The highlight of my career thus far has been consistently ranking as the top seller within my team, showing my commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
After spending my early career working in hospitality and working my way up through the ranks, I decided to try something new. I landed in recruitment and really enjoyed it, and since then I haven’t looked back.
I enjoy speaking to like-minded salespeople and finding them the ideal role.
