Prince Resourcing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our exciting client, offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum (plus excellent benefits).
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with presence in the office in Bath, three days a week. This is a fantastic, hands-on opportunity for a customer service driven candidate, who has excellent communication skills.
This role will be responsible for handling customer queries through email, social, chat and telephony channels in a timely and professional manner. You’ll take ownership of anything from information on products and order updates to complaints, to booking installations/appointments.
What you’ll need:
- Experience within a customer service/contact centre role
- Experience in handling and owning complaints through to resolution and to timescales.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Google Analytics
- Confident and professional verbal and written communication
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Desire to learn and develop within professionally
