Prince Talent & Resourcing are currently recruiting a HR Manager on behalf of our client, who are within the healthcare industry. This will be well suited to you if you at least 3-4 years’ experience within a HR Management position and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be leading a small HR team, whilst being responsible for all operational and strategic areas of HR within the organisation.
Role: HR Manager
Location: Reading/Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Full time, permanent
Reporting directly into the Director of HR, you will be responsible for supporting an organisation of around 400 people, delivering HR operations as well as strategic goals that will cover the whole employee life cycle.
Role includes:
- Lead on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including employee engagement; recruitment; policies/procedures; and Employee Relations.
- Write and review HR policies and procedures
- Working closely with local authorities regularly acquiring staff via TUPE transfer
- Managing on internal HR systems and leading on process transformation (including new system implementation/improvements)
- Produce HR reports for Senior Management team
To be successful with this position you will have the following;
- Experienced in a similar HR Management role, within a fast paced environment
- Experience of working across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, engagement, ER and HR projects
- Sound communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- CIPD level 5 qualification minimum
